Reduced pelvic pain
I achieved my goal—my hemoglobin is now normal! I chose these vitamins to raise my low hemoglobin levels and found them effective. After a month of taking one capsule daily, my hemoglobin rose to 120. I also noticed less pelvic pain and improved sleep. They helped alleviate cold symptoms quickly too. With no unpleasant side effects, the price at 600 roubles per month is a significant advantage compared to previous, more expensive supplements. I wholeheartedly recommend these vitamins for their quality and impact.

Effective for pelvic pain
These are the best vitamins I've tried—my hemoglobin increased from 92 to 125! They also alleviated my pelvic pain, enabling me to stand up. After struggling with my condition, I've finally found something that works well.

Reduced pelvic pain
I find this vegan, gluten-free multivitamin supplement quite beneficial. It combines essential nutrients like folic acid, iron, and vitamins into one tablet, which is less burdensome than taking them separately. Although the tablet is large and has a faint green juice scent, it’s not unpleasant. I've noticed that my menstrual pain seems reduced since I started taking it. However, I feel the need to take two tablets daily for sufficient folic acid, which is a bit daunting, making me consider switching back to folic acid alone.

Pain relief observed
If you're searching for a balanced vitamin complex, these are excellent! Unlike others on the market, these cover daily requirements in one pill and include probiotics and natural ingredients. However, I experienced severe abdominal pain for a week after starting the vitamins, so I reduced my rating.

Not for pelvic pain
I wanted to like this vitamin due to its positive reviews, especially for the probiotics. Unfortunately, it doesn't agree with me—it causes stomach pain and loose stools. I’ve tried different methods to take it, but it only ever feels better when I skip it. Clearly, I should stick with my previous prenatal.
